More free music

I'm actually pretty excited about this particular artist and his latest free album. I first heard Phil Wickham open for Shane and Shane a few years back. I didn't immediately take to him but I did eventually get his self-titled CD and grew to like a few of his songs.

But with the release of his latest project, Singalong, he's tapped into something fresh yet ancient, fundamental, simple, and glorious. The recent 'bigger is better' trend in large, non-denominational churches and megachurches, has left some to forget what power we can find in just a single instrument and our own voices pulled together. Reminding me at times of Matt Redman with just his guitar, this new live recording captures Phil Wickham leading crowds in melodies that touch the heart of God and remain in ours.

Is that enough to get you to buy his latest project? Too bad, you can't. It's only being offered for free on Phil Wickham's website (http://www.philwickham.com). Follow the links to receive your free copy for the cost of your email address and zip code.
