I don't pretend to understand it...
But really, I just don't see the appeal of Halo and other games like it. I can think of plenty of other meaningless ways to waste my time... and even some meaningful, productive things I could do with my life.
But that doesn't stop a whole lot of people from playing... my roommate included...
