Coffeehouse Discussion with Thrive

Last night was one of those everything-comes-together kind of nights. I really enjoyed it. I got to combine a group of my closest friends (Thrive), a bunch of Relevant Magazine articles (found online), a Matthew Paul Turner book (The Coffeehouse Gospel), and one of my favorite cafes (Davinci's) for a really good time of discussion.

Thrive has been such a great group of people and they are definitely my support group out here in Enid. I know I can trust them and rely on them for help. They are part of so many good times and memories. The people have changed over time but the support I get from them has always been there and I was more than happy to help them out last night by facilitating discussion. In fact, I ended being the one who learned a lot from their responses to the topic. I feel like I learn new things every discussion and over time it has really shaped and changed my attitude, developed my spiritual understanding, and that has ultimately changed how I act and who I am.

Wow, didn't intend this to be so lofty but there it is. Thank you to all Thrive members, past and present, for being a huge part of my life.
