Coffee Fix - Cafe Bella Coffee

There isn't a time during the day when I won't drink coffee. Early morning joe is essential for waking up. Mid-day iced coffee is good to help through the afternoon slump. And late-night coffee is perfect for sipping while catching up with friends or to help you buzz through the overnight hours in a creative frenzy.

Cafe Bella Coffee in Rio Rancho provides the perfect excuse for that late-night latte with Friday Night Sessions. On Friday nights, they open their doors from 7 to 9 p.m. and invite patrons to come get some coffee, maybe some food, take advantage of free Wi-Fi, and, the best part, enjoy live DJ music.

It's not something you find every day at any coffee shop so I decided to check it out.

It was a nice, relaxing environment. Perfect place to get some coffee with friends and enjoy a Friday night. I definitely suggest grabbing something sharable to eat. The flatbread I had while I was there was perfect for this.

And to follow up, I grabbed a glass of cream soda. Because even I like to switch things up with an alternative to coffee sometimes.

It was an overall great evening and I'd be happy to do it all over again. Good thing it's a weekly event.
