Poetry Night at Cafe Bella Coffee

Like peanut butter and jelly or like green chile and cheeseburgers, coffee and poetry go well together. Their individual flavor profiles match up to create a comforting and enjoyable experience like none other.

That was the case this past Saturday night as Cafe Bella Coffee played host to their very first poetry night.

I've gotta say, I was very impressed with the assortment of poetry presented throughout the night. From the host to the headliners to the open mic poets, everyone brought their own piece to the poetic puzzle. And of course, Cafe Bella provided the caffeine to power it all.

It made for a great night. Here's some proof in the form of pictures and video.

Here's video from one of the headlining poets, Katrina Guarascio. Find out more about her online.

And more video, this time featuring Zachary Kluckman. More about him and his work in the poetry community can be found here.

Based on the success of this first night, I suspect many more poetry nights to come at Cafe Bella Coffee. Stay up to date with all of their events through their Facebook page.
