Sweet Tooth - Mean Bao

It's tough to ignore this place. Bright and orange, sitting along the strip of Central running through Nob Hill. It was really just a matter of time before I tried this place out.

I'm really glad I did.

The woman behind the counter described Mean Bao as an Asian fusion bakery. To be honest, I'm not an expert on Asian anything. Mostly, I just pick things that look good in a picture and order. So I used a similar tactic and picked items that looked appealing.

That's not hard to find at Mean Bao. I went with three items that looked particularly good that day. They were a Green Tea Cashew Cookie, Green Tea Milk Roll, and Hot Dog Bread made with a Nathan's hot dog.

All three were pretty tasty. And the best part are the prices. Just two bucks a pop. That makes Mean Bao a great place to get a quick snack as you work your way through the shops in Nob Hill.

And for an even better value, I suggest picking up one of their tumbler mugs. Not only do they look cool, they're only $4.00. And if that's not reason enough to buy one, they'll fill it up for free with any purchase when you bring it back with you.

A pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
